Biography
Deanne Cornette, MHA, GPC is a Senior Associate with OPEN MINDS and brings more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health strategy, healthcare operations, grant funding, and revenue development. She works with provider organizations on strategic planning, business development, and operational transformation.
Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Deanne served as Vice President of Strategic Development for Tampa Family Health Centers, where she led strategic initiatives to integrate behavioral health services, strengthen value-based care capabilities, and secure funding to expand access to care.
Throughout her career, Deanne has led strategic development, contract negotiations, and grant initiatives for behavioral health organizations, helping secure more than $125 million in funding to support innovative programs for underserved populations, including individuals with behavioral health conditions, veterans, women, and justice-involved populations.
Ms. Cornette received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Masters Degree in Health Administration from the University of South Florida.
